A E Yates Validated Science Based Targets

The latest climate change science from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has been described by the UN as ‘a code red for humanity’. Scientists are observing changes across the whole of Earth’s climate system; in the atmosphere, in the oceans, ice floes, and on land.

But there is still time to limit climate change.

Rapid and deep emissions cuts are needed to halve global emissions by 2030 and achieve net-zero before 2050.

Supporting our strategy for our drive towards our 2030 goal, A E Yates Ltd, supported by Circular Ecology, committed to set near-term company-wide emission reductions in line with climate science with the SBTi.

All our futures are reliant on organisations around the globe setting science-based 1.5°C and net-zero targets.

We are pleased to announce that our net-zero target has been approved by the SBTi.
