We are looking to recruit a full time Office Administrator to join our team based in our Lostock, Bolton office.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office management
  • Working with the estimating team to track tender enquiries
  • Assigning tender and contract numbers
  • Assisting the operations team with administrative duties
  • Collating ‘as built’ information following project completion
  • Archiving completed project files
  • Assisting the commercial team with credit control

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a client facing role
  • Warm, confident, and professional telephone manner
  • Experience with MS Office 365
  • Ability to work in a team and multi-task
  • Self-motivated and systematic
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
