We are looking to recruit a full time Office Administrator to join our team based in our Lostock, Bolton office.
Key Responsibilities
- General office management
- Working with the estimating team to track tender enquiries
- Assigning tender and contract numbers
- Assisting the operations team with administrative duties
- Collating ‘as built’ information following project completion
- Archiving completed project files
- Assisting the commercial team with credit control
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client facing role
- Warm, confident, and professional telephone manner
- Experience with MS Office 365
- Ability to work in a team and multi-task
- Self-motivated and systematic
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
