Supply, Installation, and Extraction – We handle all types of steel and sheet piling, sourcing from reputable suppliers or utilising our own extensive stock of over 3,000 tonnes to provide maximum value. Steel Propping – Our skilled welders fabricate welded frames to support cofferdams, access jetties, and other structures for both permanent and temporary applications, and any bespoke requirements. Steel-Intensive Basements – We design and construct innovative permanent piling solutions for a wide range of basement applications. Silent, Vibration-Free Piling – Using advanced hydraulic pressing techniques, we offer environmentally friendly and vibrationless solutions ideal for sensitive or restricted areas, including inner-city sites and projects over open water. |
| As an experienced leader in steel piling, we provide a complete and tailored service designed to meet the unique requirements of each client. From initial concept through to design and construction, our focus is on developing innovative, practical solutions that deliver exceptional results. Our services are built on a wide range of advanced techniques, including: Vibratory Leader Rig – Purpose-built for sheet piling installation and extraction, these rigs feature variable moment vibratory hammers and augering equipment where required. They offer short setup times, high output capability, and safe operations carried out at or near ground level. Hydraulic Pile Press – Utilising our Tosa Stillworker Pile Press or ABI Hydropress systems, this method uses previously driven piles to hydraulically drive and extract new piles, ensuring efficiency and precision. Sidegrip ‘Grizzly’ and ‘Movax’ Hammers – Mounted on our 35 tonne excavators, these hammers are fully self-sufficient once pile packs are unloaded. Ideal for restricted conditions, including low headroom and embankments, they can also drive tubular piles and posts. Vibratory Hammers – Crane-suspended and adaptable to various pile types, these hammers are traditionally used in conventional steel piling where piling gates maintain alignment and support, or where access to the works requires working from longer distances. Impact Hammers – Available in crane-suspended, excavator-mounted, or leader rig configurations, these hammers are adaptable to different pile types and suitable for all piling applications. |
