A E Yates Group partnered with Environment Agency to replace Jansens Pool Culvert. Working with a tidal environment, cofferdams were installed to allow us to work safely to replace the headwalls and culvert.

SPI Piling and A E Yates Civil Engineering from the group have worked efficiently and safely to ensure that we met deadlines so that locals are no longer facing flood threats.

These works were commissioned due to a local farm who were facing flooding concerns that was negatively affecting livestock and their livelihood.

The scheme is now successfully complete; collaboration and community engagement was at the forefront of this project.
