A E Yates Ltd. are partnering with Salford City Council to help regenerate a section of Chapel Street, a prominent location within Salford City Centre and acts as a gateway to Manchester City Centre.

Works involve reconstructing a section of the road to implement cycle tracks and footways, new greenery and sustainable urban drainage.

A E Yates Ltd. are committed to giving back to the communities we work within, and on our Chapel Street project we plan to put £500,000 back into the Salford community through hiring local labour, hiring local people to work on site, creating work placement opportunities and donating to charities and local groups as well as volunteering.
