Our 14 trained mental health first aiders are here to help without judgement. You can reach out anonymously and all conversations are confidential. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, work stress, money worries, addiction issues or family problems we can help you.
How to spot signs of depression:
- Low mood
- No motivation
- Lack of energy
- Indecisive
- Worrying/Anxiety
- Moving or speaking more slowly than usual
- Changes in appetite or weight (usually decreased, but sometimes increased)
- Disturbed sleep
- Avoiding contact with family/friends
- Neglecting your hobbies and interests
