Roads Academy is a world class learning programme run by National Highways; A E Yates Ltd. have enrolled a large percentage of our management team on the Roads Academy programme with many reporting that they have benefitted from networking, understanding industry problems and collectively as groups developing innovative solutions during workshops.

A massive well done to our employees who graduated: Sven Till, Mick O’Hanlan, Gary Reeves, Ruairi Flynn and Jordan Burns.

Mick: ‘’Great course, great people and great achievement for all those who have been on the journey.  The last 12 months have been challenging, trying to balance our usual work with the 50 hours of e-learning and 4 face to face day sessions, but the material, tools and out of the box thinking is something that I’m subconsciously using and will continue to do so with positive outcomes.’’
