SPI Piling Ltd was employed to supply and for the installation of the following sacrificial temporary works for new housing/ flats development in Marple town centre.
Tosa installation (50t mobile crane)
64 nr GU16n @6.0m long (driven 5.5m)
All to form a temporary sacrificial retaining wall of overall length of 38.4 linear metres, 2 nr corners.
Temporary works are required to provide ground support at the site perimeter for excavation to formation level adjacent to the existing footpath and an existing building within 2 metres of the piling line.
